Eames, dated 1859. Unfortunately, nothing is known of Eames. "Ed. Howe Jr., 1845," is penciled in beside the title. "Fairy Bell Waltz" was a popular mid-19th century waltz composed by Edward Howe Jr. and published by Firth & Pond, New York, in 1845.
