PRIEST IN HIS BOOTS [2], THE. Irish, Jig (6/8 time). D Major/Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A County Donegal tune from the playing of the renowned fiddler John Doherty, recently recorded by Paul O'Shaughnessy. No relation to the tune that usually is called “Priest and his Boots (1) (The)” printed by Levey, O’Neill and others.
