WEST FORK GIRLS [2]. Old-Time, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A close variant of "West Fork Girls (1)," from the playing of Clay County, West Virginia fiddlers Doc White and Lee "Poppy" Triplett (Triplett Ridge, Clay, Clay County, W.Va.). Fiddler Wilson Douglas's (Clay County, W.Va.) version is similar.
