ELIZABETH KELLY'S DELIGHT [2] (Aoibhneas Éilís Ní Chealagih). AKA and see "Aoibhneas Éilís Ní Cheallaigh," "Catherine Kelly's." Irish, Slip Jig. A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The alternate title "Catherine Kelly's" is from Martin Hayes ("Under the Moon") and is perhaps a mistake.

Source for notated version: fiddler Seán O'Kelly/John Kelly Sr. (Dublin Ireland), who had the tune from his mother, the woman of the title [Breathnach].

Printed sources: Breathnach (CRÉ 1), 1963; No. 68, p. 29. Breathnach (Folk Music and Dances of Ireland), 1971; 13.

Recorded sources: Capelhouse Records, James Kelly – "Traditional Irish Music" (1996). Green Linnet GLCD 1213, Lúnasa – "The Merry Sisters of Fate" (2001).
