REEL COMO. French-Canadian, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA’BB’. An irregular (‘crooked’) tune from Louis Blanchette (1905-1969), whom Hart & Sandell note was a harmonica player hailing from Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, but who moved to Montréal around 1930. Blanchette recorded the tune on a 78 RPM record in 1938.
