VICTORIA HORNPIPE [2]. American, Hornpipe. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "As performed by J. Hand” (Ryan). James Hand, to whom several melodies are credited to in Ryan’s Mammoth Collection (1883), way have been a (brass) band leader in New England in the mid-19th century.
