Peter Kennedy's "Raymond's Frolic" is identical to Richard Fitzmaurice's "Miss Elphinstone's Fancy," published in 1807. About a year prior uilleann piper O'Farrell had published the jig in England in his Pocket Companion for the Union Pipes, vol. 2 as "Robbin Powers Fancy."
