KANAWHA MARCH. Old-Time, March (cut time). USA, West Virginia. D Major {Phillips}: G Major ('A' part) & D Major ('B' part) {Silberberg}. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part (Phillips): AB (Silberberg). A local West Virginia tune recorded for the Brunswick label by Kanawha County fiddler Clark Kessinger (1896-1975) in the late 1920's.
