From the mid-19th manuscript collection of Church of Ireland cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman (1828-1896, County Cork). See also the related tunes "I Found My Love in the Morning," "I Love You Not and I Care Not," "My Love in the Morning," "This is My Love Do You Like Her?" The first strain is shared with "Humors of Buttevant."
