COLONEL WEMYS' REEL [2]. AKA and see "Devil in a Bush (The)," "Kincaldrum, "Maid of Argyle's (The)," "Muldoon's Favorite." Scottish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (Aird): ABC (O'Neill). A different tune than Colonel Wemyss (1). The reel was printed in Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883) as "Maid of Argyle's (The)" and in White's Unique Collection as "Muldoon's Favorite"; both were publications of the Boston-based Elias Howe music publishing company or its successor.
