POSSUM UP A SIMMON TREE [1]. AKA and see "Nancy Anne,' "Sally Ann the Gal I Like." American, Reel (cut time). USA, Ky. A Mixolydian/Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody has been compared to Clyde Davenport's (Monticello, Ky.) "Puncheon Camps."
