Source for notated version: - Harvey Taylor [Phillips]. Taylor (1894-1987) of Effingham, Illinois, claimed to know two thousand tunes, consisting of fiddle standards, songs, popular pieces, and many obscure tunes for which he was highly sought out by field collectors.
