Tune properties and standard notation
GEORGIA FOX TROT. AKA and see "Alabama Trot." Old-Time, Breakdown. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. The tune is on a home-recording of West Virginia fiddler Paul Yeaton. The Roane County Ramblers recorded the tune in 1929 as "Alabama Trot." See note for "Alabama Trot."
