Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Killavil is a parish in the south of County Sligo, the birthplace of the great 20th century Irish fiddler Michael Coleman. The tune is occasionally paired with "Lilting Banshee (The)" after the Castle Céilí Band and others.
