QUEEN'S POLKA [1], THE. English, Polka. A Dorian ('A' part), D Major ('B' part), & G Major ('C' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC. A curious tune. The first strain is archaic sounding with a beginning that echoes "Queen's Polka (2) (The)", although it is not a variant. It is grafted onto the two latter strains that sound like 19th century Victorian melodies.
