Tune properties and standard notation
GROVES OF GNEEVEGUILLIA, THE (Garráin Ghníomh go Leith). AKA and see "Maol Mountain," "Queen's Polka (The)," "Tom Barret's," "Top of Maol (The)," "Top of the Maol (The)." Irish, Polka (2/4 time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB (Breathnach): AA'BB' (Taylor). Gneeveguillia (pronounced 'Ginny-gulla' with a hard 'g') is a town name in the Sliabh Luachra ('Schleeve Loo-cra') region of southern Ireland. Breathnach prints another setting in CRÉ II (1976), No. 119.
