GUIRY'S FAVORITE (Roga Ui Gadra/Guaire). Irish, Double Jig. A Minor/D Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. O'Neill (Irish Folk Music) says the tune was "unpublished and new to us," however, it appears related to "Bryan O'Lynn."

Source for notated version: John Carey, a native of Limerick [O'Neill].

Printed sources: O'Neill (Music of Ireland: 1850 Melodies), 1903; No. 707, p. 131. O'Neill (Dance Music of Ireland: 1001 Gems), 1907; No. 10, p. 18.
