GAVIN J. HAMILTON'S. Scottish, Strathspey. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. One of the more than 600 compositions by Scots fiddler-composer J. Scott Skinner (1843-1927). The melody was first published in Skinner's Scottish Violinist (1900) as "Hamilton's."
