HAZEL DELL. Irish, Schottische. D Major ('A' part), A Major ('B' part) & G Major (Trio). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'C. There is a Minstrel song called "Hazel Dell" published in the mid-1850's variously attributed to "Wurzel" and George F. Root in different publications.
