BOYS OF THE TOWN [1], THE (Buacailli an Baile Moir). AKA and see "Miltown Jig." Irish, Double Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (O'Neill/1915, Tubridy): AABB' (O'Neill/Krassen, 1001 & 1850). The second part is similar in parts to "Boys of the Town (2)."
Source for notated version: Chicago fiddler and police sergeant James O'Neill (originally from County Down), who helped Francis O'Neill compile and notate his Music of Ireland [O'Neill].
