GRANNY'S OLD PACING HORSE. Old-Time, Piece (2/2 time). USA, Kentucky. D Major ('A' part) & G Major ('B' part). GDad tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune was played by the sole source, Manon Campbell (1890-1987), as a stately-paced listening tune. Source for notated version: Manon Campbell (Hallie, Letcher County, Ky., 1978), learned from his aunt, Elvina "Viney" Campbell Lusk [Titon].
