HOMMAGE À CARMELLE BÉGIN. French-Canadian, Waltz. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABB'A'B"B"'A". Composed by French-Canadian accordion player Philippe Bruneau in honor of musicologist and editor Carmelle Bégin, for many years chair of the ethnomusicology program at the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
