HIGHWAY TO LIMERICK, THE ("An Slige Go Luimneac" or "An Bealac Mor Go Luimneac"). Irish, Reel. A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Compare this tune with "Untitled Reel" in Feldman & O'Doherty's Northern Fiddler (1979, p. 75), a variant of "Old Grey Gander (The)." See also for comparison "Humors of Schull (The)" and "Rolling Reel." O'Neill (1903) also prints the tune as an air, called "George Gubbin's Delight."
