Tune properties and standard notation
HONEYSUCKLE [1]. AKA - "Honeysuckle Rag," "Honeysuckle Blues." Old-Time, Country Rag. USA, North Carolina. A ragtime piece composed in 1911 by George Botsford [1] (d. 1949), famous as for his numerous ragtime compositions and as a bandleader. The tune was recorded by North Carolina string band Charlie Poole and the North Carolina Ramblers in 1930.
