HORSE WITH A HEART, THE. Irish, Jig. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by the late Belfast flute player Frankie Kennedy, who, with his wife, fiddler Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh, was a founding member of the band Altan. Kennedy died in 1994, succombing to cancer.
