JAMES MURRAY'S. AKA and see "Little Black Pig (The)," "Delaney's Jig," "Garden of Butterflies (The)," "Lambert's Jig (2)," "Leitrim Jig (3)," "Port Tíneatha," "Tynagh Jig (The)." Irish, Jig. D Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune's composer, flute player James Murray (b. 1947), is from the townland of Ogham, near Tubbercurry. He is one of the finest exponents of the Sligo flute playing style and was influenced by his uncle Joe, also a flute player. See also the related "John Feehilly's Jig."
