JOYFUL DAYS IS COMING. AKA and see "Durham Old Women." English, Jig (9/8 time). England, Northumberland. D Major (Vickers): G Major (Stokoe). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The first strain is but a fragment. Matt Seattle notes the 2nd strain is perhaps related to "How She’ll Ne’er be Guided", or "Faraway Wedding (1) (The)." See also note for "Talk:Durham Old Women."
