KEAN O'HARA [3]. AKA - "Cahan O'Hara." Irish, Planxty (3/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. The tune is attributed to blind Irish harper Turlough O'Carolan (1670-1738), although Donal O'Sullivan, in his definitive work on the bard could find no incontrovertable evidence of its origin.
Source for notated version: George Petrie's manuscript collection; Petrie had the tune from Francis Keane [O'Sullivan].
