LEATHER BUTTONS (Cnapide Leatair). AKA and see "Búcla Glúine an Híleantóra," "Highlander's Kneebuckle (1)," "Highlander's Kneebuckle (2) (The)," "Galway Reel (4)," "Pat Ward's Jig." Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (O'Neill/1850): AA'B (O'Neill/Krassen). Versions of the tune appear in Fling, Slip Jig ("Highlander's Kneebuckle (2) (The)") and Jig ("Pat Ward's Jig") settings as well as O'Neill's reel version.
