NORTH BERWICK LAW. Scottish, Strathspey. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Composed by biography:Nathaniel Gow (1763-1831). North Berwick Law [1] is a conical-shaped hill, some 613 feet high, located near the seaside town of North Berwick, East Lothian. Its local prominence made it a natural location for fortifications and military outposts, from the Iron Age through World War II.
