LEANBH MO CHROÍ (Lannamacree). AKA and see "Jackson's Babby," "Jackson's Babes," "Lanamacree," "Rake's March," "Rose in Full Bloom (The)." Irish, Double Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Leanbh mo chroí means 'child of my heart', which is the name of an unrelated jig printed by O'Neill in his Music of Ireland (1903. See "Child of My Heart"). O'Farrell printed the tune as "Rake's March" in his first volume of Pocket Companion for the the Union Pipes (c. 1805).
