McDONOGH'S LAMENTATION AKA and see "Lament for Terence MacDonough," "Young Terence McDonough." Irish, Air (3/4 time). G Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "McDonogh's Lamentation" is Dublin publisher John & William Neal's and expatriate Scottish cellist and composer James Oswald's version of Turlough Carolan's air "Lament for Terence McDonough."
