ROSE GARDEN, THE. AKA and see "Paddy Cronin's Reel (2)." Irish, Reel (whole time). E Minor/Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA’B. The first strain of "Pride of Rathmore (The)" is similar (but not identical) with the first part of "The Rose Garden" and may be a cognate strain. The tune was recorded as "Paddy Cronin's Reel (2)" by the group Monks of the Screw in 1995.
