WISH(ED) I HAD MY TIME AGAIN. Old Time, Breakdown. USA, Kentucky. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. Another variant of the "Sally Ann (1)" "Great Big Taters in Sandy Land" "Sail away Ladies (1)" tune family. One of only two tunes (along with "Hook and Line") recorded for Gennett Records in 1933 by the Bath County, northeastern Kentucky duo of the Hatton Brothers. Soon after the session the brothers gave up music, and Jess, the younger brother (b. 1895), became a full time minister in the Mormon Church.
