SANDMOUNT, THE. AKA – “Sandymount Reel.” AKA and see "Mick Hand's Reel,” “Sandpiper (The).” Irish, Reel (cut or whole time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Tin whistle player Mary Bergin recorded the tune in 1979 as "Mick Hand's Reel."
