OVER THE MOOR TO BETTY. English, Reel. England, Northumberland. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "This has some similarity with 'O'er the Muir to Ketty' (in one of Gow's collections), but Gow's version, a Scotch Measure, has Vickers' note values expanded so that one bar in Vickers is equivalent to two in Gow's" (Seattle).
