'TRIP TO PLYMOUTH', A. English, Country Dance Tune and Reel (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune first appears in London publisher Charles and Samuel Thompson’s 1765 country dance collection. It was also included in the 1797-99 music manuscript collection of Lancaster, Pa., flute player John Hoff (1776-1818).
