AABB’. Composed by County Tipperary fiddler wikipedia:Seán Ryan, the hornpipe was originally known as "McMahon's Hornpipe (1)" and appears under that title in several mid-20th century manuscript collections (see Reilly family mss., for example). It was recorded by Ryan on his 1960 album "Traditional Music of Ireland vol. 1", with Co. Tipperary flute player P.J. Maloney.
