Additional notes
Source for notated version : - fiddler James O'Neill [O'Neill]. No relation to Francis O'Neill, his namesake James was also on the Chicago police force. He was a fiddler from County Down, and a skilled transcriber with a large repertoire, making him an excellent collaborator on Francis O'Neill's first volumes.

Printed sources : - O'Neill (Music of Ireland: 1850 Melodies), 1903; No. 1739, p. 323. O'Neill (Dance Music of Ireland: 1001 Gems), 1907; No. 916, p. 157.
