AABB.  "General Blucher", named for the Napoleonic era allied hero, is contained in the 1823 music manuscript collection of Whitchurch, Shropshire, musician Robert Hughes.  The first strain is cognate with Campbell's "General Prince Blucher's Victory" but the second strains differ.
