Source for notated versions: Lyman Enloe (1906-1997, Missouri), learned at the age of 17 when confined to a sickbed with the measles, from the playing of his father Lige and his father's friend Lee Carpenter (Eldon, Missouri), who had come to visit [Beisswenger & McCann, Phillips].
