CONTREDANSE [2], LA. AKA - "Contredanse à Pitou (La)." French-Canadian, Reel. Canada, Québec. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. A 'crooked' tune. "La contredanse" is a specific dance associated with the Sanguenay region of Québec. The title comes from the English term 'country dance.'
