LADY HERIET GEORGINA HAMILTON. Scottish, Strathspey. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by William Marshall (1748-1833). Moyra Cowie (The Life and Times of William Marshall, 1999) thinks Lady Harriet may have been the daughter of Viscount Hamilton, and step-daughter of the 4th Earl of Aberdeen.
