LETHEN'S REEL. AKA and see "Bonnie Annie (3)." Scottish, Strathspey. A Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. John Glen (1891) found the earliest printing of the tune in Angus Cumming's Alburger (Scottish Fiddlers and Their Music), 1983; Ex. 51, p. 77. (1780, p. 19), but it was composed and published by Daniel Dow four years earlier as "Bonnie Annie."
