BREAST KNOT [1], THE. AKA and see "Bonny Breast Knot(s) [1]," "Looking Glass," "Topsey Turvey." English, Reel. F Major (Seattle/Vickers). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Editor Matt Seattle (1987) notes that William Vickers' Northumbrian dance version, from 1770, is fairly different from the tune which usually goes by the title "Bonny Breast Knots," "but with enough in common to suggest they are variants of the same tune, albeit distantly related."
