CLOG DE PARISEAU. French-Canadian, Clog (4/4 time). F Sharp Minor ('A' part) & A Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody was recorded on 78 RPM by Montréal accordion great Alfred Montmarquette (1871-1944). Hart & Sandell (2001) say it was named in honor of Montmarquette's fellow accordionist and long-time friend, Louis-Philippe Pariseau.

Source for notated version: Raynald Ouellet, of the group Éritage [Hart & Sandell].

Hart & Sandell (Dance ce Soir), 2001; No. 63, p. 96.

Recorded sources: Gabriel Labbé et al - "Hommage a Montmarquette" (1995). Fogarty's Cove Records, Éritage - "La ronde des voyageurs" (1982).
