MARCH OF THE WORKERS (Life in the City). Scottish, Jig. Composed by Billy (William) Jackson as part of his piece "Wellpark Suite," commissioned by Tennent's in honor of the centenary of their Wellpark brewery in Glasgow. A recording of the work was released in 1985 featuring members of Ossian (of which Jackson had been a member) and The Easy Club.
