MILL STREAM, THE. Irish, Reel. Ireland, County Cork. G Major/Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Petrie identifies this as a County Cork reel. See also the first part of the tunes "Oíche Nollag," " Strawberry Blossom (2)," "There's nae luck aboot the house there's nae luck ava (1)," "Ghile Beag le m'Anam Thú," and Petrie's (1905) untitled airs No. 154 and 258.
