Samuel Bayard transcribed this tune from the playing of Walter Neal in 1952. Neal at the time was a middle-aged man who had lived all his life near Mayport, Armstrong County, western Pennsylvania. See also another tune from Neal, also learned from his souce Abel Browning, called "Abel Browning Tune."
