LANE'S MINUET. English, Minuet (3/4 time). D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune and directions for the dance were published in the various editions of John Walsh's Complete Country Dancing Maste'(' (1718, 1731, 1754). Dance instructions were also entered into the 1730 copybook of James Alexander (New York).
